awesome show at the adelaide bdo. highlight of my day. had my friend crowd surfing like he was paddling a real surf board!!! and came out with a drumstick that i carried all day and took home! 5th time ive seen you boys and have never been dissapointed. such a unique sound and energy that takes over any one in the crowd or walking by!! thanks again see you next time!! I was blown away seeing you guys live for the 1st time at Melbourne BDO. Thank you for giving us (your audience) 100% despite the heat etc. Thank you also to your Audio Engineer, Travis for taking such good care of Marj and I at the gig. I havn’t been this excited about a band for many years. Please, please play more Melbourne gigs, I’m having live lowrider withdrawals already. Did I hear ‘Keep the Pace’ on Neighbours Ch 7 11.02.2011 or am I just so besotted with the band that I am hearing things.
Thanks for sticking it out in the heat. We love playing in Melbourne so dont worry we will be back real soon. Trav always look after us so im happy he looked after you.

Hey guys, we saw you at the Sydney BDO on 27th Jan. Me and my friends were the only ones there dancing at the beginning, then it got more and more crowded. BEST GIG OF THE DAY!
I first time I met these guys was at a new years eve show down the bay here in Adelaide many moons ago back in there cover band days. I remember saying to the promoter who are these guys? no guitars, only keyboards, drums, bass and vocals, I thought I would have to pull out all my sound guy tricks to make this band sound big and like a band with the use of only three instruments and vocals… Umm, well egg on face, humble pie eaten.. In all the years of doing sound for all sorts of acts nationally & internationally, I knew from the first note at sound check in the afternoon of that NYE show that this is a band I want to get married to and go on a touring honeymoon till death do us part. Massive sounding band that can really fukn play!!
With the ups and downs over all these years I can tell you ladies and gentleman its a rollercoaster ride worth taking!!
And the honeymoon? Well , were still on it
All I’m really trying to say is…Thanks guys for letting me play in your sandpit and thanks to the fans that support Lowrider.

Mt Gambier? Wow, they where fun days. We all loved playing at the ‘G’. Some pretty fun memories there.

Sorry for the late reply, we’ve all been busy writting new music. Unfortunately the Bubbles and Brew has been canceled this year, we will let you know when we are set for another Adelaide show.
